Fincantieri NexTech, a subsidiary of the Fincantieri Group specializing in digitalization and innovative solutions, will be displaying its groundbreaking “Light Bridge Console”, a state-of-the-art navigation and control system that epitomizes luxury and cutting-edge technology. Years of dedicated research and development have led to this state-of-the-art system that sets a new standard in the superyacht industry.
In Monaco, you will have the exclusive opportunity to experience the Light Bridge Console integrated with our simulator. Take the helm and manoeuvre your yacht in a realistic virtual environment, experiencing firsthand the seamless integration of our innovative technology.
The system, considered a plus in combined constructive and engineering design, includes two versions: the “Light Bridge Console” installed on the Benetti Diamond 145 (44 meters) and the “Light Bridge Captain Chair” installed on the Benetti Oasis 40 meters. In both solutions, carbon fiber is used to create a highly resistant, slender, lightweight, and totally silent structure. The development of the two projects has been made possible thanks to the use of new system integration software technologies developed by Fincantieri NexTech.
The technology behind our Light Bridge Console is entirely developed in-house using the SEASYacht platform and the MPEV (Marine Portal EVolution) graphic libraries. These next-generation graphics ensure a superior operator interface, enhancing both functionality and user experience.
