SLS is now 100% part of Fincantieri NexTech

Fincantieri NexTech, part of Fincantieri, has increased its shares to 100% in the privately held SLS – Support Logistic Services srl, a company based in Guidonia Montecelio (Roma), specialized in the production, installation and maintenance of radar, satellite and radio communications systems for civil and military applications.

The operation falls within the Fincantieri NexTech’s strategy to strengthen its competence in high-technology activities. This operation will therefore allow the Fincantieri Group to gain direct access to a pool of highly qualified resources enabling the creation of a high-technology center of excellence.
